We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax Associate to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing tax compliance and advisory engagements. You will work closely with our senior management team to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensure accurate reporting, and provide proactive tax solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to support advisory services for clients.
- Manage end-to-end tax audit processes, including preparation of supporting documentation and coordination with tax authorities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members to ensure high-quality output.
- Keep abreast of changes in Indonesian tax laws and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
- Review monthly and annual tax reporting (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT) for various client industries.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exceptional professional service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a tax consultancy firm or corporate tax department.
- Possess a valid Brevet A & B certification; Brevet C is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Indonesian tax software (e-Faktur, e-SPT, e-Bupot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a professional and proactive personality.
