Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance, including timely calculation, reporting, and payment of PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, 4(2), and PPN.
- Prepare accurate and audit-ready tax reconciliations and annual Corporate Income Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan).
- Act as the primary point of contact for tax audits, disputes, and regulatory inquiries to ensure effective risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice on business transactions and new product launches.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all tax-related processes and ensure adherence to internal control policies.
- Monitor and analyze changes in Indonesian tax laws to proactively update company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies that align with company growth and financial objectives.
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial statements and tax-related internal reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in taxation, preferably with a mix of tax consulting and in-house corporate roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and electronic tax filing systems (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT).
- Brevet A & B certification is mandatory; Brevet C is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders.
