As a Senior Teacher Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the academic excellence of Sparks English. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs for our teaching staff, ensuring they are equipped with modern pedagogical skills, interactive methodologies, and the tools needed to inspire students. This role demands a mix of academic expertise, leadership, and a hands-on approach to coaching.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and workshops for new and existing English teachers at Sparks English.
- Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and execute performance evaluations to maintain high academic standards.
- Mentor teaching staff and provide ongoing coaching on classroom management, lesson planning, and interactive teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with the academic curriculum team to update, refine, and improve English learning materials and curriculum delivery.
- Develop assessment tools and tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of teacher training initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding and training sessions for newly hired English educators.
- Stay up-to-date with global trends in English language teaching (ELT) and integrate best practices into the training framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an English Teacher, with at least 2 years in a Senior Teacher, Coordinator, or Teacher Trainer role.
- Possess recognized TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (CEFR C1/C2 level).
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to effectively coach diverse teaching staff.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, lesson planning, and modern classroom technology.
- Proactive, creative, and highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities.
