- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements and deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate workflow planning and resource allocation to optimize labor efficiency and operational costs.
- Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster professional growth and high morale.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to meet and exceed operational targets in a high-volume setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and implement effective process improvements.
