You will play a critical role in managing key performance indicators (KPIs), driving warehouse safety protocols, and ensuring client satisfaction through flawless execution of logistics strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse warehouse team to achieve high productivity and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies to optimize warehouse space and resource utilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and internal compliance policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including transport and inventory management, to streamline processes.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management regarding performance, throughput, and resource requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced logistics environment with a flexible approach to operational demands.
