- Lead by example in tea preparation, ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards
- Develop innovative tea recipes and brewing techniques to enhance the customer experience
- Mentor and train junior staff on tea varieties, preparation methods, and customer service excellence
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on tea selections, pairings, and brewing methods
- Manage inventory of tea leaves, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all tea preparation and service areas
- Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal tea offerings and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tea preparation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of various tea varieties, origins, and brewing techniques
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for developing team members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative tea recipes and presentations
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and operational procedures
