Tanggung Jawab
- Lead by example in all coffee preparation techniques and customer service protocols
- Develop and execute innovative beverage recipes to enhance the Chuchat experience
- Mentor and train junior team members on coffee craftsmanship and customer engagement
- Ensure exceptional quality control across all beverage preparations
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal beverage offerings
- Maintain pristine hygiene and safety standards in all beverage stations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior barista or tearista role
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members
- Portfolio of innovative beverage creations (portfolio required)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Basic inventory management experience
- Food handling certification preferred
