Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT governance frameworks and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and present governance reports to the Head of Governance and executive stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement industry best practices.
- Oversee the certification and compliance of third-party vendors and software systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations and data privacy laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in the banking or financial services sector.
