Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex technical projects to improve manufacturing process efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize production workflows.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for laser systems and precision-engineered components.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical growth.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to international quality standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Support the installation, calibration, and integration of new machinery and hardware upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a high-precision manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Deep understanding of laser technology, optics, or complex electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in process optimization and equipment maintenance.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to interpret complex technical schematics and translate them into actionable operational plans.
