Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft-based solutions, from architecture design to final implementation.
- Ensure the stability and performance of critical Microsoft services and infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and business solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project milestones are met on time.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical engineering, specifically with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, etc.).
- Strong project management and leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring teams.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, network security, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly preferred.
