We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from $4,500 to $5,500, along with a structured work week of 5.5 days with alternate Saturdays. Our office is conveniently located in the Central West region at Alexandra, providing easy access for professionals across Singapore.
As a Senior Technical Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, managing warranty claims, and providing technical expertise to both internal teams and customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for technical staff
- Manage and process warranty claims efficiently and accurately
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams
- Conduct product training sessions for dealership personnel
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address technical issues
- Prepare technical documentation and training materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive technical training or warranty management
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience with warranty management systems and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
