- Lead product engineering activities for Si, SiC, and GaN power discrete/module products from concept to mass production
- Define technical roadmaps and product specifications aligned with market demands and business objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams
- Implement robust design validation processes and reliability testing methodologies
- Provide technical guidance on thermal management, packaging, and performance optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in power semiconductor product engineering with 3+ years leadership experience
- Deep expertise in Si, SiC, and GaN device physics and power applications
- Proven track record in product development lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, design reviews, and validation testing
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management and technical documentation
- Knowledge of automotive/AEC-Q101 and industrial reliability standards
