Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Perform daily machine setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected failures
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain production schedules
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and production metrics
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of production machinery, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures
- Technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Familiarity with quality control processes and manufacturing standards
- Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
