Are you a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of selling PSS solutions to government entities? ST Engineering is seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Pre-Sale Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive sales growth, delivering innovative Public Safety Solutions (PSS) to critical sectors including law enforcement and emergency services.
You will act as the technical bridge between our clients and engineering teams, collaborating closely to design bespoke solutions that address complex security challenges. Your day-to-day will involve conducting high-stakes technical demonstrations, navigating complex government procurement processes, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery and needs analysis with government clients and law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and present compelling technical proposals, whitepapers, and solution demonstrations to win new business.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to tailor PSS solutions to specific client requirements.
- Support the full sales cycle from the initial inquiry, through RFP/RFQ responses, to contract closure.
- Provide product training and technical expertise to internal sales teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in the public safety sector.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client meetings and high-level presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or sales engineering.
- Strong understanding of Public Safety Solutions (PSS), command and control systems, or similar critical infrastructure technologies.
- Proven experience selling to government entities, law enforcement, defense, or emergency services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Valid Singapore work pass (Citizenship/PR status preferred).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
