PR VENTURE Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Product Engineer to join our expanding team in Bandar Baru Bangi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our product quality and technical integrity, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and market performance. From conducting deep-dive warranty investigations to managing complex supplier relationships, you will be responsible for identifying root causes of technical issues and driving continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical troubleshooting processes for product defects and performance gaps.
- Conduct thorough warranty investigations to determine fault origins and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers to ensure component quality and availability.
- Perform rigorous product quality inspections throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze technical data to identify trends in product failure and recommend design or process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical product queries efficiently.
- Document technical findings and maintain comprehensive reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Engineer or Quality Engineering role.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of supplier management protocols and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma principles).
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and product specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
