Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks while maintaining contingency plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational governance frameworks
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical project management
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed project environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
