In this pivotal role, you will provide hands-on technical support for factory trials and act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Liquid Color and Additives for PET Preform production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site factory trials and technical support for PET Preform production using Liquid Color and Additives.
- Collaborate directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize processing parameters.
- Provide comprehensive product training and technical presentations to regional sales teams and end-users.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored chemical solutions to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of trial results, performance data, and customer feedback within the CRM system.
- Travel extensively within the Philippines and across Southeast Asia to support regional projects, trade shows, and customer visits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities to provide competitive insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or related roles within the plastics or chemical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PET processing, injection molding, and colorant systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
