Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years technical sales experience with welding equipment or industrial machinery
- Deep knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored)
- Proven track record in complex B2B sales cycles in manufacturing sector
- Certifications in welding technology or sales engineering (AWS/CWI preferred)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong presentation skills
- Experience working with MNCs and multinational clients
