Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for electrical and energy solutions in the Indonesian market
- Manage key client accounts from lead generation to project closure, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized solutions for complex energy projects
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Prepare compelling proposals, contracts, and technical documentation aligned with client requirements
- Drive sales targets by forecasting pipeline, tracking KPIs, and reporting performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain expertise in evolving energy regulations and technological advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or Business with technical focus; Master's preferred
- Minimum 7+ years in technical sales within electrical systems, renewable energy, or industrial automation
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B energy infrastructure projects
- Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems, energy storage, and smart grid technologies
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex commercial and technical discussions
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin advantageous for international collaboration
- Certification in project management (PMP) or energy sector technical training preferred
- Experience navigating Indonesian energy sector regulations and procurement processes
