- Act as primary escalation point for complex technical issues onsite
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Mentor junior support staff through knowledge sharing and training
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
- Implement preventive measures to minimize recurring technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) preferred
