Are you an advanced IT troubleshooter ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Support Engineer (Windows 10/11, AD and Microsoft Intune) to join a leading organization in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

In this highly visible and critical role, you will be the linchpin of our client's endpoint operations. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's entire DaaS (Device as a Service) laptop fleet, ensuring every device is perfectly configured, securely deployed, and maintained throughout its lifecycle. As the go-to expert, you will provide high-touch, white-glove VIP support to the executive leadership team and key stakeholders, managing complex requests with discretion and efficiency. Working in lockstep with the Lead System Administrator, you will help architect the future of the company's endpoint strategy, troubleshoot the most challenging technical issues, and enforce robust security policies.

Your deep expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune will be put to the test daily. You will leverage these technologies to automate device provisioning, streamline patch management, manage access controls, and ensure strict compliance with company standards. This role demands an advanced problem solver who can balance deep technical work with excellent customer service skills. The ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations and communicate complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical users is essential.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the company's DaaS (Device as a Service) laptop fleet, including provisioning, imaging, deployment, and retirement.
  • Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex technical issues related to Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Provide white-glove, high-priority VIP support to executive leadership and key business stakeholders.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, security groups, and permissions.
  • Deploy software, manage updates, and enforce endpoint compliance policies using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
  • Collaborate with the Lead System Administrator on infrastructure projects, automation initiatives, and security audits.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles for the IT team.
  • Proactively monitor endpoint health and security, identifying trends and recommending improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Technical Support, IT Administration, or a similar role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, including deployment, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (user management, Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proven experience managing endpoints and mobile devices through Microsoft Intune (or SCCM with co-management in a hybrid environment).
  • Strong understanding of DaaS models such as Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing high-quality support to executives and VIPs.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundations) are a significant plus.
