Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced maintenance, calibration, and repair of sophisticated manufacturing equipment and laser systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production yields.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules in strict adherence to company safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assist in the setup and testing of new manufacturing processes or equipment upgrades.
- Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and performance logs in our digital management system.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices, equipment handling, and safety standards.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) efforts for technical failures to ensure continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technician in a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to diagnosing mechanical or electronic malfunctions.
- Experience with cleanroom protocols and precision measurement tools is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
