Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex installation, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and laser systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure all components meet Coherent’s global engineering standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure machine longevity and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical feedback and support process improvement initiatives.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and test results accurately in the internal management system.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a high-precision manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
- Solid understanding of technical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and precision measurement tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform root cause analysis under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to the fast-paced requirements of a vertically integrated manufacturing environment.
