We are seeking a highly competent and experienced technical professional to take full ownership of the maintenance, safety, and operational excellence of our prestigious retail properties.
In this critical leadership role, you will be the go-to expert for complex technical issues. You will oversee the advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS). Your work will directly ensure the comfort and safety of thousands of visitors and tenants every day.
You will coordinate closely with external contractors and vendors, supervise a team of junior technicians, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems within retail properties.
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects and service agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections of building structures, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) for energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and incident documentation to support facility management operations.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Senior Technician or equivalent, preferably in facility management or retail/commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical distribution, fire alarms, elevators, and plumbing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., Chargeman, Wireman) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by the operational calendar.
