Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on laser systems, optical assemblies, and precision manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical failures to minimize production downtime and restore equipment efficiency.
- Calibrate instruments and verify product specifications to ensure strict adherence to quality control standards.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with internal safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities, technical findings, and repair logs accurately.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and production staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Optical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Technician in the laser, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of laser physics, optics, and precision measurement tools (e.g., interferometers).
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical schematics, and assembly manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid Technical Certificate or relevant vocational qualifications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional engineering team.
