Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex setup, calibration, and maintenance of laser-based manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical failures and implement root-cause corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality specifications are met consistently.
- Lead preventative maintenance schedules for production machinery and precision tools.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior technicians on the shop floor.
- Document maintenance logs and process deviations accurately within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize process workflows and efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to all workplace safety, cleanliness, and ISO quality management standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-precision manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong knowledge of optical systems, laser safety, or complex electromechanical assemblies.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and precision gauges.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict cleanroom protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
