Our aerospace division is a world-class MRO provider, and we are now seeking an experienced Senior Technician, Airframe & Engine to join our team in Hougang, Singapore. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft airframes and engines.
As a Senior Technician, you will lead a team of motivated technicians, providing technical expertise and mentorship. You will perform complex inspections, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs on a variety of aircraft models. Your leadership will ensure that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft airframes and engines.
- Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics to identify defects and ensure airworthiness.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with aviation regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement modifications and improvements.
- Monitor and maintain tooling, equipment, and work area to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft airframe and engine maintenance, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Possession of relevant aviation licenses (e.g., CAAS, EASA Part 66, FAA A&P) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of airframe and engine systems, including turbine engines and structural repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
