Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex laser systems, optical assemblies, and associated electronic hardware.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize production processes, improve equipment efficiency, and reduce downtime.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Document technical specifications, maintenance logs, and operational procedures accurately for compliance and future reference.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new manufacturing machinery and test equipment.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and propose engineering solutions to enhance overall productivity.
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance during complex maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably with lasers or high-precision equipment.
- Strong understanding of laser physics, electronics, vacuum systems, and precision machining principles.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical schematics, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems and computer-based diagnostic tools is a strong advantage.
