Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, tuning, and alignment of automation and control systems to maintain accuracy and reliability
- Lead the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for control systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
- Analyze system performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and modifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial control and instrumentation systems
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI development
- Experience with various instrumentation devices (transmitters, sensors, analyzers)
- Familiarity with industrial networks and communication protocols
- Certification in control systems or instrumentation is a plus
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
