Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance, calibration, and optimization of engineering equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and longevity
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and system performance records

Kualifikasi
- Professional Engineering Certificate or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering/facility maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Certification in safety management systems (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) preferred
