Hartalega is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Senior Technician - Engineering to join our expanding team in Sepang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our environmental compliance efforts, ensuring that our state-of-the-art wastewater treatment and scrubber systems operate at peak efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment and scrubber systems to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct routine monitoring of discharge parameters to ensure strict compliance with Department of Environment (DOE) standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and chemical dosing equipment.
- Analyze water quality samples and adjust chemical dosing dosages accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and reports for system performance, maintenance activities, and environmental compliance documentation.
- Supervise junior technicians and contractors during plant maintenance shutdowns or upgrades.
- Proactively identify potential mechanical failures and implement solutions to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize treatment processes and implement energy-saving improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) operations or heavy industrial maintenance.
- Strong understanding of chemical treatment processes, pumps, blowers, and filtration systems.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (DOE) and safety standards (OSHA).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a small technical team.
- Must be willing to work shifts or be on standby for emergency maintenance as required.
- Possession of CePIET/CePIE certification is a distinct advantage.
