Join PT Merge Mining Industry as a Senior Technician Genset & Electrical and become a critical part of our energy operations in Kalimantan Selatan. In this hands-on role, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and overhaul Cummins generator sets to ensure uninterrupted power supply for our mining facilities. You'll diagnose electrical systems, interpret wiring diagrams, and resolve complex faults with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of Cummins generator sets
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems including control panels, wiring, and circuitry
- Conduct routine inspections to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive maintenance programs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Mentor junior technicians and share technical expertise
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with generator sets, preferably Cummins brand
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and wiring diagrams
- Certification in industrial electrical maintenance or power generation (advantageous)
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Ability to work in remote mining locations with rotating shift schedules
- Valid electrical safety certifications and knowledge of OHS standards
