Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and emergency calls from guests and hotel staff.
- Implement and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and hotel engineering standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
- Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in engineering or hospitality management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude across various building systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or Singaporean/PR status.
