Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and emergency repairs on a variety of industrial machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic malfunctions using precision tools and diagnostic software.
- Execute equipment installations, calibrations, and testing to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance activities strictly adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance or industrial repair.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices (OSHA/local standards) is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in team-based environments.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation.
