The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Technician, Maintenance to join our Engineering team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our advanced manufacturing equipment, supporting uninterrupted production operations. You will be the frontline expert in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement within a regulated, high-quality environment.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Facilities teams to uphold the highest standards of equipment efficiency and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production machinery, facility equipment, and utility systems to ensure optimal uptime.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-based control systems to resolve equipment failures promptly.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and equipment calibration following GMP and ISO 13485 standards.
- Support equipment qualification, validation, and change management activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Document all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and parts procurement.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company EHS policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi).
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated work attitude.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
