- Examine aircraft components for wear, damage, or compliance with technical specifications
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system defects using diagnostic tools
- Perform precision repairs, replacements, and modifications to restore functionality
- Adhere strictly to FAA/EASA regulations and company safety protocols
- Document maintenance activities using digital systems and technical manuals
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve recurring technical issues
- Calibrate and maintain specialized test equipment and workshop tools
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on MRO experience in aerospace/aviation sector
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and maintenance manuals
- Familiarity with NDT methods and quality control procedures
- Valid FAA Part 65 or EASA Part 66 certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to microscopic details
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety standards
