Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rolling stock, including trains and associated systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify the operational integrity of rolling stock components.
- Document all maintenance activities, defects, and repairs accurately in the maintenance management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Assist in training junior technicians and ensuring adherence to quality standards within the workshop.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
- Relevant working experience in a workshop or depot environment, preferably within the rail or public transport industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of rolling stock systems, including electrical wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
