Amara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Technician / Technician to join our engineering team in the Central Region. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the seamless operation of our world-class hotel facilities. You will be responsible for the comprehensive M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance of guest rooms, function spaces, and back-of-house equipment, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and premium experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance for all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
- Ensure all guest rooms and function venues meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetic excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs before they escalate.
- Support the Engineering team in executing water and energy efficiency projects to lower operational costs and meet sustainability goals.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and system performance data.
- Collaborate with external contractors for major specialized repairs or installations.
- Uphold strict workplace safety and health (WSH) standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hotel, commercial, or residential building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proactive mindset with a keen interest in sustainability and facility optimization.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in English with good communication skills for effective team coordination.
- Ability to perform minor physical tasks and utilize maintenance tools safely.
- Possession of a valid electrical license (e.g., LEW certification) is a distinct advantage.
