Globetronics Technology Berhad, a pioneer in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technician or Technician to join our manufacturing excellence team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our semiconductor assembly operations, specifically focusing on Die Attach (DA), Underfill dispensing, and advanced product testing.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated semiconductor assembly equipment for Die Attach and Underfill processes.
- Perform machine setup, conversion, and calibration according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Conduct troubleshooting and first-level maintenance on testing equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Analyze assembly yields and identify root causes for defects or process deviations.
- Execute routine preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Document production data, quality inspections, and maintenance logs accurately in the factory management system.
- Support engineers in process improvement projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) trials.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations within the cleanroom environment.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in a semiconductor or SMT manufacturing environment.
- Specific knowledge of Die Attach, Underfill dispensing systems, or ATE testing is highly preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision micro-components.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and production reporting software.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment (including morning, afternoon, or night shifts).
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of ISO quality standards and 5S methodology.
