- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals responsible for the Equities Cash Trading platform in the APAC region
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of trading technology solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure the highest levels of system availability, performance, and security for trading platforms
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in trading technology
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
- Develop and manage technology budgets and resources
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to financial markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in financial services
- Strong understanding of equities cash trading platforms and financial markets
- Proven leadership experience managing technology teams in a global environment
- Expertise in software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to financial technology
