Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 operational services ensuring high availability and performance
- Lead incident response as first point of contact for technical issues
- Implement automation solutions to streamline operational workflows
- Conduct system audits, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure improvements
- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Proficiency in automation scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Incident management and root cause analysis skills
