Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Avaya Aura (CMS, SBE, SDA) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex telecommunication incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Design, configure, and implement VoIP and network telephony solutions to meet business requirements.
- Perform regular capacity planning, system upgrades, and patches to ensure system stability.
- Document technical configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and support staff.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on project deliverables and system integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Avaya Aura platforms (CMS, SBE, SDA).
- Strong working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and PSTN integration protocols.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, routing, and switching.
- Proven experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Professional certification (e.g., Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist) is highly preferred.
