We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Test & Development Engineer to join our team in Ipoh, Perak.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and executing rigorous testing protocols to validate the performance of our advanced laser systems and engineered materials. You will work closely with cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams to identify technical challenges, analyze complex data sets, and drive continuous process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans for laser and optical components.
- Operate and maintain advanced metrology and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for process optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO quality standards and internal specifications.
- Document test procedures and prepare detailed technical reports for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering, R&D, or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of laser physics, optical measurement techniques, and metrology.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
