Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs for technicians to enhance their troubleshooting capabilities and operational skills.
- Lead the coaching and development of staff to ensure they are proficient in handling complex test stations and equipment.
- Monitor test station performance and implement corrective actions to sustain operational excellence and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all testing protocols and quality assurance processes.
- Analyze test data and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth project workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Engineering or a similar technical role within a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing junior technicians and engineering staff.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system failures effectively.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and various testing methodologies and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
