In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall quality of our software products. Your key duties will include developing and implementing advanced test strategies, creating detailed test plans, designing and executing manual and automated test cases, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Operations, to ensure seamless product delivery. Furthermore, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, conduct code reviews for test scripts, and continuously improve our QA processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex software applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior test engineers, providing guidance on best practices and test methodologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Perform manual testing where required, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts) to understand requirements and ensure testability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Analyze test results, prepare detailed test reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ISTQB certification is a strong plus.
