Flex is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Bukit Minyak, Penang. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies for high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Lead the validation of automated test equipment (ATE) and ensure seamless integration into production lines.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, improve process yields, and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain test scripts using industry-standard programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, or LabVIEW).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex troubleshooting and test hardware maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards including ISO and internal Flex protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
- Proficiency in test software development (e.g., C#, Python, C++, or LabVIEW).
- Strong knowledge of ATE systems, circuit analysis, and instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting PCBA, firmware, and functional testing issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural organization.
