Join Flex's dynamic engineering team as a Senior Test Engineer in Senai, Johor! This critical role requires deep expertise in PCBA test methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability. You'll implement comprehensive testing strategies covering IC programming, In-Circuit Testing (ICT), Functional Circuit Testing (FCT), Hipot safety testing, Final Test validation, and Boxbuild Test integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize test processes, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for PCBA assemblies using ICT, FCT, Hipot, and Final Test methodologies
- Program and configure test equipment for IC programming and automated testing systems
- Analyze test data to identify failure patterns and implement corrective actions
- Design and validate Boxbuild Test procedures for complete product validation
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Document test procedures, results, and improvement recommendations
- Maintain calibration and performance of test equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA testing methodologies
- Expertise in ICT, FCT, Hipot, and Final Test equipment operation
- Strong programming skills for IC testing automation
- Familiarity with IPC standards and quality management systems
- Experience with Boxbuild Test integration and validation
- Proficient in test data analysis and troubleshooting techniques
