Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and maintain robust test plans for complex optical components and systems.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for production line failures to drive immediate resolution.
- Mentor and coach junior technicians on best practices, safety standards, and advanced testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to provide design-for-testability (DFT) feedback during the product development phase.
- Optimize test cycle times and implement automation strategies to improve production efficiency.
- Oversee calibration schedules and maintenance for high-precision optical testing equipment.
- Generate detailed technical reports and quality documentation for stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a technical testing environment, preferably within the optics or semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in using optical testing instruments and metrology tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex electronic and optical systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring or supervising team members.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
