Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware and firmware systems to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with R&D teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new updates do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Document detailed test cases, procedures, and bug reports in our tracking systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hardware and firmware testing within the electronics or embedded systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, standards, and best practices (e.g., IEEE standards).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for test automation.
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic hardware tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
