We seek a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Circuit Test) systems, particularly hands-on experience with Teradyne and Agilent testers. In this pivotal role, you'll design, develop, and implement automated test solutions to enhance product reliability while optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and quality teams to identify root causes of failures, refine test methodologies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Design and develop automated test programs for ICT/FCT systems using Teradyne and Agilent platforms
- Optimize test procedures to improve coverage, reduce cycle time, and enhance defect detection
- Analyze test data to identify failure patterns and collaborate with engineering teams for root cause analysis
- Implement and maintain calibration schedules for test equipment ensuring measurement accuracy
- Document test methodologies, procedures, and create comprehensive test reports
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in test automation and quality control
- Stay updated on emerging testing technologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering with ICT/FCT systems
- Proven expertise with Teradyne and Agilent test platforms and programming
- Strong knowledge of electronics, PCB design, and component-level testing
- Experience with test automation tools (Python, LabVIEW, or similar)
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
